This page contains the ordering, payment, and mailing instructions for my website. Please bear in mind that this site is a part-time activity for me and orders are filled, packed, etc. etc. as time permits. Your patience will be rewarded!

There is no minimum order and as long as I have anything to do with this site, there never will be! As a collector, I know that sometimes the inexpensive items can be as important to you or me as the expensive stuff.

(NOTE: Please indicate in the message title that you're e-mailing about posters...I get a lot of spam emails, and I don't want to inadvertently delete your inquiry! Also, please make sure that your return email is correct and that your spam filter is not set so high that it will block return messages. You'd be surprised how often I run into these problems.) My phone number is listed below, but I cannot always take phone orders because (1) I'm not always around, aand (2) if I am, it may be necessary to go and check my inventory to determine if particular items are available. For that reason, emails are strongly preferred. All orders are filled in the order received. Sometimes I cannot reply to email orders for a couple of days, but if you don't get an immediate reply, please be patient. I answer all emails eventually, and a delay in responding to your email won't hurt your chances of getting what you want. MY MAILING ADDRESS FOR PAYMENT IS LISTED AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE. Please read the following information first:

PLEASE DESCRIBE ALL ITEMS COMPLETELY, SO THAT THERE IS NO CONFUSION OVER WHAT YOU WANT. PLEASE SPECIFY ITEM NUMBER, QUANTITY WANTED, DESCRIPTION, CONDITION, AND PRICE. PLEASE ENCLOSE A COPY OF YOUR EMAIL OR OTHER DESCRIPTION WITH YOUR ORDER so I can fill your order more quickly. PLEASE WRITE OR PRINT CLEARLY AND LEGIBLY. You would be surprised how frequently I have to decipher hard-to-read handwriting.

I will confirm availability; please do not send payment until I have confirmed your order.

PAYMENT: I accept cash, checks, or money orders. Sorry, no credit cards or Paypal or Venmo or anything else that involves the financial credit industry (you can probably tell how I feel about them). All payments must be in United States funds. Payments originating outside the US must be in cash or an easily negotiable money order. Ask in advance if you have payment questions.

POSTAGE: All orders will be sent by postal mail; posters that can be rolled are sent rolled in a sturdy mailing tube. USPS only. Sorry, I do not use UPS or Federal Express under any circumstances.

POSTAL RATES AND INSURANCE RATES: The postal service has been hammering shippers with big rate increased over the years. Basic priority mail postage for rolled poster orders within the US is now $12.00 this can go up for orders requiring a larger and heavier tubes. Orders of small postcard sized items can be sent first class mail if desired for $6.50, or in a flat rate priority mail envelope for $9.00. Items up to 8.5" x 11" usually can be sent in a flat rate priority mail envelope. There will be an extra charge for heavy non-rollable cardboard posters ("boxing style" and others) and other items that must be flat packed as flat packing substantially increases cost of postage and packing materials as well as the amount of labor involved. Books and magazines are shipped via media mail, which saves a few bucks but also results in a slower delivery.

Packages can be sent by expedited delivery for a significant additional cost, please inquire if interested. PLEASE ALLOW 3 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY. I usually do quite a bit better than that, but backlogs sometimes occur and because of that I cannot absolutely guarantee faster delivery. And, of course, the postal service seems to be getting slower rather than faster these days. Please be patient. If you need something right away for somebody's birthday or whatever, let me know when you order and I'll do the best I can to get it to you on time.

Ordinarily I ship packages uninsured, or subject to the $100 minimum priority mail insurance that is included in the basic post office insurance priority mail rate. ADDITIONAL INSURANCE IS EXTRA IN ALL CASES. LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE IF YOU WANT INSURANCE. INSURANCE IS CHARGED AT THE CURRENT RATES LISTED ON THE USPS WEBSITE. IMPORTANT: IF YOUR ORDER IS NOT INSURED, YOU BEAR THE RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT. I try to pack things securely, but nothing is invulnerable...

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Postage on orders shipped to points outside the United States is extra in all cases; even the smallest international order is $16.50. A standard poster tube runs about $25.00 or more now, depending on the number of items and overall weight. Note, also that there is no media mail rate overseas, so it all has to go first class, meaning that it is expensive to ship magazines and books outside the USA. If you want registered mail, global priority, or other special services, ask me when you order and I can usually give you the options. I will let you know how much the shipping charge will be when I confirm your order. Please note that I cannot insure regular airmail packages sent outside the United States, so the buyer bears the risk of nondelivery on international orders. On the bright side, however, my track record with international orders over the years has been excellent.

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS MUST ADD 9% CALIFORNIA SALES TAX, OR PROVIDE A VALID CURRENT RESALE NUMBER. THINK ABOUT THIS NEXT TIME YOU VOTE FOR SOMEONE'S PET LOCAL BALLOT INITIATIVE (e.g., the Sonoma County light rail system, San Anselmo library improvements, etc., etc., etc.)...AND IF YOU VOTED FOR SOME OF THIS STUFF, YOU HAVE NO REASON TO COMPLAIN ABOUT CALIFORNIA SALES TAX INCREASES!!!!

GUARANTEE: If you are dissatisfied with an item for any reason, you may return it within 7 calendar days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. I have to place a time limit on returns to allow me to pay consignors in a timely manner. However, all items come with a permanent guarantee of authenticity, and may be returned at any time should it be later discovered that they are not authentic.
